This policy applies to all US, EU, EEA and UK buyers, complying with US Magnuson-Moss Act and EU Consumer Directive (EU 2019/771).
1. Regional Warranty Rights
EU / EEA / UK Customers
You get a mandatory 2-year statutory legal guarantee by law against factory defects in steel, blades and handles.
Defects within 12 months of delivery: We bear the burden of proof.
Valid defect claims: We provide free pre-paid return labels & cover all reshipping fees at our cost.
We also offer an extra 1-year commercial warranty on top of your legal rights for total 3-year coverage on manufacturing flaws.
US Customers
No mandatory statutory warranty under US law. We provide a 1-year commercial limited warranty covering factory material & craftsmanship defects.
You pay shipping to return faulty items to our US warehouse; we cover shipping for replacements sent back to you.
2. All Exclusions (All Regions)
This warranty does NOT cover:
Natural blade dulling from daily cutting
Chipped/broken blades from cutting bones, frozen food, hard surfaces or misuse as tools
Rust, wood handle damage from dishwashers, long water soaking
Scratches, stains, drops, unauthorized regrinding, loss, theft or natural disasters
Products bought from unauthorized sellers without valid order proof
3. How to File a Claim
Email with your order number + photos/videos of defects. We reply within 3–5 business days and arrange resolution per regional rules.
4. Legal Note
Warranty is non-transferable, only for original buyers.
EU/UK: Our commercial warranty never weakens your legal 2-year statutory rights.
US: This is our exclusive limited warranty; local state consumer laws may apply.
